Ms. Staci stays to say hi and thank parents for their attendance.

Magda DiFranco elected unanimously as Classroom Liaison Lead for 2023-2024 school year.
Fun Run Items:
99Pledges was selected as the new platform due to its lack of startup fee and the lower percentage of fundraising amount taken. It automatically registers students based on emails, allowing parents to simply click the activation link they receive in order to start. Parents will need to edit posts to make them more personal afterwards.
Jennifer Bartleman to check with the park department about bathrooms and grass prior to Fun Run.
Team will use $500 Meijer gift card for food and water.
Brett Bayliss to bring music equipment.
Alorea Chodoba (new parent) will look into Start/Finish line options.
Leesa Elkins to shop bubblemakers more extensively.
Bryan Chodoba (new parent) is the Michigan DiBella’s Subs Supervisor. Everyone rejoices! He is immediately sent a Fun Run Sponsorship Letter.
Leads will look into mass texting options, executed through Classroom Liaison emails, rather than through school emails. Texts will need to require the option for parents to opt out, if they choose.
Leads will sign people up for Kroger passive income program and answer Fun Run questions in lobby during Skate Night.
Alorea and Bryan Chodoba agree to lead committee for Trunk or Treat.
We still need a Lead for Mitten Market
Angela Ficorelli to make an order form for Skate Night sponsorships.
Angela Ficorelli to put By-Laws on website
Coffee & Bagels Lessons Learned:
Cocktail tables would be nice.
Multiple Tables needed for Food, Coffee, and paperwork. Having only 1 was insufficient.
More coffee (we ran out of the gigantic carafe from Panera) and less bagels (we had 4 boxes).
