348 people signed up for pizza. Gave out 311 tickets.
Will look to shorten the event next year and potentially separate the Trunk or Treat portion from the Community Dinner portion a little more.
Many cars ran out of candy. Had 35 gallons of cider and had 8 leftover. Donuts ran out quickly again.
Discussed collecting emails for a Parent Guild only newsletter using a Google Form sent out by the Classroom Liasions. It would potentially include questions about how people want to opt in for future email reminders and texts.
Looking into finding ways to get more people to pay into School Supplies Fund. Only 1/3rd of parents have paid so far and supplies are starting to run out. Multiple people suggested letting the school run it and send out invoices like the field trips were done this year.
Angela Ficorelli suggested potentially making a FAQ for where Parent Guild funds typically go.
