The FCMA Annual Fun Run is our biggest fundraising event!
The Fun Run is a school-wide event where students participate in a friendly race as they circle the track at Rosie’s Park. It gets kids moving and promotes community, builds school spirit, and most importantly, it gets students excited about raising money
Students raise funds by asking friends and family to support them through donations. Money raised during the annual Fun Run helps the Parent Guild fund events, as well as help support our school. Past fundraising has helped with Snug Playground equipment, classroom resources and three ultra-green, bottle filling, filtered/cooled drinking fountains, environmentally-friendly biodegradable lunch trays as well as a washer and dryer for the middle school.
This year’s event will take place on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
2021 Goal- $10,000
The Parent Guild provides every student with a Fun Run logo shirt to participate in the event and to be used as part of their PE day uniform. To reach our goal, we hope each student can find a minimum of 5 sponsors and/or $50.00 in pledges. Donations to our school is tax deductible. If a child donates $100 or above, they will receive a Fun Run hoodie.
Each classroom will have a designated time to walk, jog, or run laps at Rosie’s Park.

We will need all hands on deck to ensure students have a great time at the 2021 Fun Run. Please consider signing up to volunteer for one of the many time slots.
